We are part of a corporate structure and also transfer data to our parent enterprise, Barnes Group Inc. in Bristol, Connecticut. We have concluded adequate guarantees with our parent enterprise as set out in Article 44ff. GDPR using EU standard contractual clauses.
We hereby notify you that we are only able to delete your data after a statutory retention period, to the extent such an obligation exists. This also applies to any retention obligation arising from a contract with you.
